Digital Products – No Refunds

All products sold on this website are digital downloads (PDFs and checklists). Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds or exchanges once the product has been purchased and the download link has been accessed.

Exceptions

If you were charged but did not receive your download link, or if the downloaded file is corrupted, please contact us within 48 hours of purchase. We will either resend the file or issue a refund at our discretion.
